That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from Pik.' „p CfrfA 13 Planned Development—Office,to Revised PD-O: 14 Being a part of the SW 1/4, SW '/4 Section 13, and part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 144; 15 T-1-N, R-13-W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more 447 16 particularly described as follows: beginning at a point 80.7 feet east and 170.0 feet ``1� 17 south of the northwest corner of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 13, thence 18 S00°04'08"E 150.04 feet, thence W88°40'06"W 285.42 feet; thence N00°00'35"W 19 149.60 feet, thence S88°45'18"E 285.3 feet to the point of beginning, containing 20 0.981 acres, more or less. 21 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little 22 Rock Planning Commission. 23 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for ARM Revised Short-Form PD- 24 0 (Z-7950-A), located at 4016 Stannus Road, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within 25 the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e)of the Code of Ordinances. 26 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 27 Arkansas,and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 28 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 29 Section 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 30 plan. 31 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 32 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 'Page 1 of 21 1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 2 ordinance. 3 Section 7. Repealer.
