3 A RESOLUTION TO SET APRIL 1, 2014, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
4 ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON A TEN (10)-FOOT WIDE DRAINAGE
5 AND UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT 1 LOVE ADDITION
6 AND A FIFTEEN (15)-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT
7 1 R CAMPBELL REPLAT NUMBER 2 (G-24-045), IN THE CITY OF
8 LITTLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
11 abandon a ten (10)-foot wide drainage and utility easement located on Lot 1 Love Addition and a fifteen
12 (15)-foot utility easement located on Lot 1R Campbell Replat Number 2 (G-24-045) in the of City of
13 Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to its general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14-54-104;
14 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned easement shall be held at a
17 meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
18 on the 1"day of April, 2014.
19 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
20 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
21 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
