3 A RESOLUTION TO SET APRIL 1, 2014, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
4 ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON A PORTION OF THE UTILITY AND
5 DRAINAGE EASEMENTS LOCATED ON LOTS 6 AND 7, WOODLAND
6 FARM ESTATES, LOCATED AT 10 PINE VALLEY PLACE (G-24-044),
7 IN THE CITY OF LITTLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
10 abandon a portion of the utility and drainage easements located on Lots 6 and 7, Woodland Farm Estates,
11 located at 10 Pine View Place (G-24-044) in the of City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to its general
12 police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14-54-104;
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned easement shall be held at a
16 meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
17 on the 151 day of April, 2014.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
