OOUNTY CIRCUIT/COUNTY CLERK 2 3 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL 5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND 6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 7 8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 9 ARKANSAS. 10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 11 indicated: 12 Z-8902: Described as part of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, T-1-N, R-11-W, Little Rock, 13 Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying north of Fourche Creek and west of Lindsey Road, more 14 particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 15 17; thence S01°26'18"W along the west line of Section 17, 356.73 feet; thence 16 S86°06'07"E, 942.83 feet; thence S01°25'07"W, 453.00 feet; thence N78°57'17"E, 17 73.03 feet to a point on the east line of the airport property and the Point of Beginning; 18 thence N78°57'17"E, 565.38 feet to a point on the west right-of-way line of Lindsey 19 Road, being sixty (60) feet from the centerline thereof; thence southerly along said west 20 right-of-way line being the arc of a 419.60 foot radius curve to the right, a chord bearing 21 and distance of S34°16'47"E, 159.27 feet; thence S23°23'45"E continuing along said 22 west right-of-way line, 264.25 feet to a point on the Ordinary High Bank of Fourche 23 Creek; thence westerly along said Ordinary High Bank the following: 24 (1) S72°17'36"W, 467.07 feet; (2) S82°02'34"W, 187.44 feet and 25 (3) S86°14'30"W, 404.56 feet; thence N01°25'06"E, 93.35 feet; thence N88°07'58"W, 26 101.63 feet to a point on the said east line of the airport property; thence N46°30'52"E 27 along said East line, 339.39 feet; thence N58°48'33"E, 74.84 feet; thence N01°25'07"E, 28 22.49 fee.to point on the said east line of the airport property;thence N46°30'52"E along 29 said east line, 100.68 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 9.0435 acres, more or 30 less: From R-2, Single-Family District, to I-2, Light Industrial District. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 4 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 5 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 6 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 7 ordinance. 8 Section 5. Repealer.
