3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) ON THE
4 WEST SIDE OF LINDSEY ROAD APPROXIMATELY 1000' NORTH OF
5 I-440 AND NORTH OF FOURCHE CREEK (LU13-25-01), AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan and now
9 recommends it for adoption.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
11 OF LITTLE ROCK:
12 SECTION 1. Located in part of the northwest quarter of Section 17, TIN Rl 1 W on the west side of
13 Lindsey Road approximately 1,000 feet north of Interstate 440 and north of Fourche Creek,the Land Use
14 Plan is changed from Public Institutional to Light Industrial.
15 SECTION 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
16 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
17 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
18 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
19 ordinance.
20 SECTION 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
21 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
