3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE REAPPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY
4 OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER
5 PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
12 Edward Peek,appointed to serve his first three (3)-year At-Large Representative term, said term
13 to expire on October 19,2016.
14 LAND BANK COMMISSION:
15 Odessa Darrough, reappointed to serve her second four (4)-year term, said term to expire on
16 March 19, 2018.
17 Jarrod Woodley, appointed to serve his first four(4)-year Community Housing Advisory Board
18 Representative term, said term to expire on March 19,2018.
19 LITTLE ROCK PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION:
20 Marjorie Lacy, reappointed to serve her second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on
21 January 31,2017.
22 RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION:
23 Cynthia Taylor, appointed to serve her first three(3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
24 March 31,2016.
25 SISTER CITIES COMMISSION:
26 Porsha Hart, appointed to serve her first five (5)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
27 January 5, 2019.
28 ZOO BOARD OF GOVERNORS:
29 William F. Knight, appointed to serve her first five (5)-year At-Large term, said term to expire
30 on February 16, 2017.
