7 WHEREAS,Ordinance No. 16,183 was passed on March 3, 1992 establishing a planned zoningAls 14;y,QQ�Q����

8 titled Thomas E. Jones Short-Form PD-C (Z-5513-D), located at 13805 Crystal Valley Road; and
9 WHEREAS, the welding shop approved for Thomas E. Jones Short-Form PD-C (Z-5513-D), located
10 at 13805 Crystal Valley Road, is no longer operating and the owner of the subject property has requested
11 the repeal of the "PZD"ordinance and restoration of the zoning classification as previously existed.
12 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Planning Commission reviewed the request for revocation for Thomas E.
13 Jones Short-Form PD-C (Z-5513-D) at their November 14, 2013, public hearing and voted 8 ayes, 0 nays,
14 2 absent and 1 open position to forward the revocation request to the Little Rock Board of Directors for
15 final action.
16 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
18 SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,183 is hereby repealed, removing from the Official Zoning Map
19 the classification PD-C.
20 SECTION 2. That the property described as: the east 335 feet of the south '/2 south '/2 SE '/4 NW 1/4,
21 Section 32,T-1-N, R-13-W, more particularly described as follows: commencing at a point in the center of
22 Section 32, T-1-N, R-13-W, which is also in the west boundary line of Crystal Valley Road; run thence
23 north along the west boundary line of said Crystal Valley Road a distance of 330 feet to a point;thence run
24 parallel with the north boundary line of said Section a distance of 335 feet to a point; thence run south a
25 distance of 330 feet to a point; thence run east along the centerline of said Section a distance of 335 feet to
26 the point of beginning.
27 SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
28 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
29 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof.
30 SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
31 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
2 ordinance.
3 SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
4 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
