3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JANUARY 7, 2014, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON A TWENTY (20)-FOOT
5 WIDE EASEMENT LOCATED ON THE COMMON LOT LINE OF LOT 1
6 LOVE ADDITION AND LOT 1R CAMPBELL REPLAT NUMBER 2 (G-
7 24-043) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
8 PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
11 abandon a twenty (20)-foot wide easement located on the common lot line of Lot 1 Love Addition and
12 Lot 1R Campbell Replat Number 2, in the of City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to its general police
13 power authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14-54-104;
14 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned easement shall be held at a
17 meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
18 on the 17th day of December, 2013.
19 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
20 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
21 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
