3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) IN TWO
4 (2) AREAS SOUTHEAST OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK (NEAR
5 HARPER ROAD AND FRAZIER PIKE & INTERSTATE 530 AND PRATT
6 ROAD); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock moved its Planning Boundary closer to the City near Frazier
9 Pike and Harper Road with Ordinance No. 20,638 on October 1,2012; and,
10 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock moved its Planning Boundary closer to the City near the Pratt
11 oad-Interstate 530 Interchange with Ordinance No. 20,754 on August 6, 2013; and,
12 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the package of suggested changes
13 and now recommends them for adoption.
14 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK.
16 Section 1. The Land Use Plan is amended to remove those areas beyond the City Planning Boundary
17 in the Frazier Pike-Harper Road area. (Ordinance No. 20,638).
18 Section 2. The Land Use Plan is amended to remove those areas beyond the City Planning Boundary
19 in the Interstate 530-Pratt Road area. (Ordinance No. 20,754).
20 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
21 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
22 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
23 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
24 ordinance.
25 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
26 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
