That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from Revised 14 PCD, Planned Commercial District, to Revised PCD: 15 Lot 1 Mid-Towne Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. 16 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little 17 Rock Planning Commission. 18 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Mid-town Revised Short-Form 19 PCD (Z-7421-C), located in the 200 Block of North University Avenue, is conditioned upon obtaining a 20 final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e)of the Code of 21 Ordinances. 22 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 23 Arkansas,and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 24 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 25 Section 5: That a $30,000.00 in-lieu contribution to the T.R.E.E. Fund as proposed by the applicant 26 and recommended by the City Beautiful Commission is hereby accepted. 27 Section 6. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 28 plan. 29 Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 30 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 33 ordinance. ``� �►E CIRC,&•,,,, Q/ /f L IPage1of2l _ N � _ H _ 1 Section 8.
