AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 19,374, REVOKING
A TEMPORARY PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
SOUTHERN AUTOMOTIVE SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 3960 -A)
LOCATED AT 7305 CANTRELL ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, on August 16, 2005, Ordinance No. 19,374 was passed by of the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas which established a temporary Planned Commercial District titled
Southern Automotive Short-Form PD -C located at 7305 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, on September 15, 2005, the applicant submitted a request that the Planned Commercial
District be revoked and the previous zoning of "c -3" General Commercial District be restored.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 19,374 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 19,374 is
hereby revoked.
SECTION 3. That the PD -C classification of the property described as Lots 4 and 5 and Lots 20
through 24, Block 1, Riffel and Rhoton's Forest Park Highland Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
is revoked and the former "C -3" General Commercial zoning classification is restored on the official zoning
map.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 3 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its
passage and approval.
SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
