3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING
4 DEVEOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED OFFICE
5 DISTRICT TITLED KUMPURIS SHORT -FORM PD -O (Z- 7921),
6 LOCATED AT 5921 LEE STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
7 AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
8 ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
11 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS THAT:
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be
13 changed from R -3 to PD -R:
14 Lot C Kumpuris Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
15 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as
16 recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
17 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Kumpuris
18 Short -form PD -O is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval with the time
19 specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances.
20 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of
21 the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby
22 amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
23 provided for in Section hereof.
24 Section 5. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the
25 final approval of the plan.
26 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
27 clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
28 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
29 portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
30 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
31 ordinance.
1 Section 7. Repealer. All ordinances or resolutions of the City in conflict herewith
2 are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
