A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO LASITER
CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE RECK RD. CULVERT DRAINAGE
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the street reconstruction of Reck Rd. Culvert
8 Drainage, under Bid No.05 -319; and
9 WHEREAS, Lasiter Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible and
10 responsive bid, in the amount of $211,358.95 ($192,144.50 plus 10% contingencies);
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
12 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
14 Lasiter Construction, Inc. for drainage improvements for the Reck Rd. Culvert Drainage
15 Construction Project, under Bid No.05 -319, in the amount of $211,358.95 ($192,144.50
16 plus 10% contingencies).
17 Section 2. 2004 Bond Funds are available in 314 - 220 -DP06 and 315 - 220 -DP07.
18 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
19 of its adoption.
