RESOLUTION NO. 12,117
A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO ALL SERVICE
ELECTRIC, FOR SIGNAL INSTALLATION TREASURE HILLS RD. AT
RODNEY PARHAM RD. PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the installation of a signal on Treasure Hills
Rd. at Rodney Parham Rd., under Bid No. 05 -307, and
WHEREAS, All Service Electric, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible and
responsive bid, in the amount of Ninety -seven Thousand, Eight Hundred Seventy -two
Dollars and Twenty -five Cents ($97,872.75), plus 10% contingencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
All Service Electric, Inc. for installation of a signal on Western Hills Rd. at Colonel
Glenn Rd.
Section 2. Funding for this project is available from 2004 Bond Funds in account
314 - 220 -TS19, in the amount of $107,660.03 ($97,872.75 plus 10% contingencies).
Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
