2 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
3 INTO A CONTRACT WITH RIVER CITY HYDRAULICS, INC. FOR
4 AN APO TO PURCHASE HEIL OEM REFUSE TRUCK PARTS; AND
5 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
6 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock received bids under Bid C05025 for an APO to
7 purchase Heil OEM Refuse Truck Parts, and the lowest responsible and responsive bid
8 was received from River City Hydraulics, Inc. in an estimated annual amount of One
9 Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00).
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
11 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter
13 into a contract with River City Hydraulics, Inc. for an APO to purchase Heil OEM
14 Refuse Truck Parts in an estimated amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
15 ($150,000.00).
16 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are to be allocated from Account #600 -360-
17 6030 - 6041 - 2162 -01.
18 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
19 clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
20 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
21 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
22 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
23 resolution.
24 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that
25 are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent
26 of such inconsistency.
