3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
9 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-4115-B: Described as that portion of the East Two-Thirds of the East Half of the
13 Northwest Quarter, Section 3, T-1-S, R-13-W,Pulaski County, Arkansas, described
14 as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the said East 2/3 of East 'A of
15 NW '/4, thence S01°27'31" W 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South
16 88°02'58" East, a distance of 794.52 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the
17 Southwest having a radius of 50.00 feet and a central angle of 89°10'36" and being
18 subtended by a chord which bears South 43°24'49"East 70.20 feet; thence Easterly,
19 Southeasterly and Southerly along said curve, a distance of 77.82 feet; thence South
20 01°13'31" West, a distance of 975.28 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the
21 Northwest having a radius of 50.00 feet and a central angle of 64°45'54" and being
22 subtended by a chord which bears South 33°30'37" West 53.56 feet; thence
23 Southerly and Southwesterly along said curve,a distance of 56.52 feet; thence South
24 66°20'24" West, a distance of 588.54 feet; thence North 23°40'42" West, a distance
25 of 311.99 feet; thence South 66°22'22" West, a distance of 104.87 feet; thence South
26 23°40'48" East,a distance of 312.00 feet; thence South 66°20'39"West,a distance of
27 128.98 feet; thence North 88°09'33" West, a distance of 73.13 feet; thence North
28 01°14'03" East, a distance of 461.00 feet; thence North 01°27'31" East, a distance of
29 964.79 feet to the Point of Beginning,containing 23.65 acres, more or less: From R-

32 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the CO,Qf.Li.1le

1 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty(30)days after the date of its
2 passage and approval.
3 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
4 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
5 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
6 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
7 ordinance.
8 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
9 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
