3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
9 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-8846: Described as a portion of Lincoln Avenue Place Interurban Addition to the
13 City of Little Rock, Arkansas, located in the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of the
14 Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township One (1) North,
15 Range Thirteen (13) West, more particularly described as follows: Lots 13 thru 24
16 of Block 3; Lots 1 thru 24 of Block 4; Lots 1 thru 24 of Block 5; Lots 4 thru 23 of
17 Block 6; Lots 13 thru 21 of Block 7; Lots 5 thru 20 of Block 9; Lots 5 thru 24 of
18 Block 10; Lots 1 thru 24 of Block 11; Lots 1 thru 24 of Block 12; Lots 1 thru 11 of
19 Block 13; Lots 14 thru 24 of Block 13; Lots 1 thru 24 of Block 14; Lots 1 thru 24 of
20 Block 15; Lots 1 thru 24 of Block 16; all within Lincoln Avenue Place Interurban
21 Addition to the City of Little Rock as recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 117 of the
22 records of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County; containing 18.85 acres,more or less:
23 From R-2, Single-Family District,to M,Mining District(North of Lawson Road and
24 East of Hugh Taylor Road).

26 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
27 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
28 affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
29 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty(30)days after the date of its
30 passage and approval.
31 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
32 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain i ,ftlIfor¢,e and

1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
2 ordinance.
3 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
4 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
