30 Section 2. That the zoning of the above described property is subject to the following condition
31 which was proposed by the applicant for the property described in Section 1 of this ordinance and which
32 shall be covenants running with the land to bind subsequent grantees of the property:
33 • There shall be no aggregate mining of the property.

1 Section 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
2 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
3 affect and designate the changes provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof.
4 Section 4. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date of
5 its passage and approval.
6 Section 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
7 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
8 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
9 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
10 ordinance.
11 Section 6. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
12 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
