A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO REQUIRE LAW FIRMS EMPLOYED AS OUTSIDE
COUNSEL FOR THE CITY TO SUBMIT BILLS FOR
FEES FOR THEIR LEGAL SERVICES ON A
MONTHLY BASIS AND TO SUBMIT INDIVIDUAL
BILLS FOR EACH CASE ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas :
Section 1. The City Attorney is hereby directed
to require law firms employed as outside counsel for the
City to submit bills for fees for their legal services
on a monthly basis and to submit individual bills for
each case.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and approval .
