A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND THE EMERGENCY
MEDICAL HEALTH CARE FACILITIES BOARD
(AMBULANCE AUTHORITY) ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ms . Marcelline Giroir is hereby reappointed
to the Little Rock Board of Adjustment for a three-year term
ending February 4 , 1985 .
SECTION 2 . Mr. David J. Jones is hereby appointed to the
Emergency Medical Health Care Facilities Board (Ambulance Authority)
to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Ralph Brodie, which term expires
July 21, 1983.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
