HomeMy WebLinkAbout6754 . w RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 754 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS CITY PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2816 SOUTH CROSS STREET AND AT EIGHTH AND FILLMORE STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES . BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas : Section 1. The sale of the real property owned by the City located at 2816 South Cross Street to Raghib Waheed is hereby authorized. Section 2 . The sale of real property owned by the City located at Eighth and Fillmore Streets to Janis V. Moseley is hereby authorized. Section 3 . I have attached a copy of the bid sheet . The following were the highest bids on the parcels indicated. Parcel 5-F: $22, 465. 33 from Burchett Enterprises, indended use as hardware maintenance and storage. Zoned C-3 General Commercial , lot contains 7, 000 square feet located at 14th and Pulaski , improvements contain approximately 62 , 000 square feet . Estimated value : $110 , 000. 00. Parcel 22-S : $1, 000. 00 from Raghib Waheed, intended use is two family residence, zoned R-3 Residential , lot contains approximately 13 , 812 square feet however, extensive fill would be required to make it an attractive lot . Located at 2816 S. Cross Street . No improvements. Estimated value : $1 , 000. 00 Parcel 24-S: $2 , 075. 00 from Janis V. Moseley , intended use - assem- blage , zoned E-1 Quiet Business, lot contains approxi- mately 6, 451 square feet , part of I-630 Right-of-Way remnant , located at 8th and Filmore. No improvements .
