A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS TO
PURCHASE TWO HUNDRED AND FIVE ACRES
OF LAND LOCATED ON FOURCHE BOTTOMS ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock , Arkansas :
Section 1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized
to enter into contracts for one hundred and eighty-nine
(189) acres in one tract of land and sixteen (16) acres in
another tract , both tracts located in the Fourche Bottoms .
Section 2 . This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and approval .
