A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY AND MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RIVERFRONT; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas :
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby
authorized to sign a lease agreement between the City
and Missouri Pacific Railroad for improvements to the
Riverfront Park area.
Section 2. This Resolution shall remain in
full force and effect from and after its adoption and
approval.
