A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACQUIRE THE NECESSARY RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR
THE FORBING ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas :
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
to acquire eighteen parcels of land and associated
construction easements needed for the Forbing Road
Improvement Project using funds appropriated in the
project account not to exceed FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($57 , 000. 00) .
Section 2 . This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and
approval.
