A RESOLUTION STATING THE INTENT OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO RECONSIDER ZONING
CASE NUMBER Z-3727 ; SETTING THE DATE OF
OCTOBER 6 , 1981, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas , hereby state their intent to reconsider Zoning
Case Number Z-3727 .
Section 2 . The date of October 6 , 1981 , is hereby set
for a public hearing on the reconsideration of Zoning Case
Number Z-3727 .
Section 3 . This Reoslution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
