RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
"L" STREET BETWEEN LOT 195, PROSPECT TERRACE NO. 3 AND LOT 1,
BLOCK 4, HOLLENBERG ADDITION; BOTH SUBDIVISIONS TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 11th day of April , 1972,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of "L" Street between
Lot 195, PROSPECT TERRACE No. 3 and Lot 1, Block 4, HOLLENBERG ADDITION; both
subdivisions to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of
said Additions now appearing of record in Deed Books No. 76, page 449 and
No. 3, page 52, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, (and
per attached drawing marked Exhibit A) subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of
the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock p.m. , on the 20th
day of June 1972.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
