A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF ARKANSAS FOR PROPERLY
LOCATED AT 2000 THAYER STREET; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The execution of a lease agreement with the State of
Arkansas, said lease to contain a sixty to ninety day cancellation clause
and a provision that the lease is cancelled if a purchaser is found for
the city owned property at 2000 Thayer Street, is hereby authorized.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval.
