A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO TAKE APPROPRIATE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST
M & P EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR VIOLATION OF
THE FLOOD HAZARD PREVENTION ORDINANCE ; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized to
take appropriate legal action against M & P Equipment Company
for violation of the flood hazard prevention ordinance.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
