A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION
TO INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS MAKING
SPECIAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE CENTRAL
ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, numerous individuals have served as volunteers
in branches of the Central Arkansas Library System; and
WHEREAS , numerous individuals have donated their time
in providing service in the Genealogy Room and other special
programs of the Library; and
WHEREAS, numerous individuals have provided assistance
in annual book sales sponsored by Friends of the Library;
and
WHEREAS , various individuals and firms have made
special gifts to the Library System.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1 . The City of Little Rock Board of Directors
wishes to join the Friends of the Library in expressing
appreciation for these special gifts of time and money which
have enriched the Library programs and allowed it to offer
expanded services to the citizens of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
