A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CHANGE
ORDER FOR THE EAST LITTLE ROCK CDBG
FIFTH YEAR STREET CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, in the Sixth Year CDBG Program reconstruction
of Kimball Street from 4th to 5th Streets is planned; and
WHEREAS, since this is the only street in the area for
reconstruction in the Sixth Year Program, the City can save
time and money by adding this project to the existing
contract .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . A change order to add the reconstruction of
Kimball Street from 4th to 5th Streets to Contract No. 79-7
held by Valco, Inc. is hereby authorized for an increase
in the not to exceed amount from $280, 000 to $320, 000.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
