HomeMy WebLinkAbout6402 RESOLUTION NO 6 , 402 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PROCEED WITH ACQUISITION OF EIGHTEEN PARCELS OF LAND FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE BLOUNT ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES . BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS : SECTION 1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to proceed with acquisition of eighteen parcels of land for right-of-way for the Blount Road Improvement Project as shown on the attached Exhibits . SECTION 2 .
