A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FINDINGS OF
FACT REGARDING THE SIGN CODE OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , a Public Hearing has been held regarding the
"Sign Code" of the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS , it is hereby found that review of the "Sign
Code" of the City of Little Rock is desirable .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The City Attorney' s office is hereby
directed to join the Board of Directors in conducting a
review of the "Sign Code" .
SECTION 2 . It is hereby found that the present
"Sign Code" does not work as intended in all of its various
aspects .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval .
