A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PREOPENING SERVICES
AND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE LITTLE ROCK
CIVIC-CONVENTION HOTEL CENTER AS PROVIDED FOR BY
THAT CONSTRUCT AND LEASE AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 17,
1979 AUTHORIZED BY RESOLUTION NO. 6116, AS AMENDED,
ADOPTED APRIL 3, 1979 AND PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS
RELATED THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That certain preopening Sery ce.s and Management Agreement dated May 19,
1980 by and between Little Rock Center Associates, Ltd. , an Arkansas Limited Partnership,
and Trust House Forte (Little Rock)_ Management, Inc. providing for the latter to provide
preopening services and management services for the hotel to be constructed as a part of
the Civic-Convention Hotel Center provided for by the Construct and Lease Agreement be-
tween. the. City of Little Rock and Little Rock Center Associates, Ltd. , an Arkansas Limited
Partnership, authorized by Resolution No. 6116 of the Board of Directors adopted April 3,
1979 is hereby approved. Said Agreement shall be substantially in form and content as
reflected by Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
