A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE TO INCLUDE PULASKI BANK & TRUST
COMPANY AND METROPOLITAN NATIONAL BANK
IN THE ANNUAL ROTATION OF CITY DEPOSI-
TORIES ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The Director of Finance is hereby directed
to include Pulaski Bank and Trust Company and Metropolitan
National Bank in the annual rotation of City depositories .
SECTION 2 . It is hereby determined that the current
practice of rotating the City' s bank account annually among
the downtown banks should continue through 1982 .
SECTION 3 . It is hereby declared that starting in
1983 , Pulaski Bank and Trust Company will be the depository
and in 1984 Metropolitan National Bank will be the depository.
SECTION 4. The Director of Finance is directed to
continue to rotate the City Collector ' s Account on an annual
basis among the four downtown banks .
SECTION 5 . The Director of Finance is directed to
use his discretion in continuing the current policy of not
rotating the Payroll Account .
SECTION 6 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval .
