A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE LITTLE ROCK
PLANNING COMMISSION, THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE LITTLE ROCK SAFETY COMMISSION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Jack Taylor is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Little Rock Planning Commission to fill the unexpired term of Byron R. Morse,
ending November 1, 1981.
SECTION 2. Richard Yada is hereby appointed to the Board of Adjustment
to fill the unexpired term of Jack Taylor, ending February 4, 1981.
SECTION 3. Ms. Marilyn Carrico, Clarence Horn and Miss Gladys Post,
are hereby reappointed to serve three-year terms on the Little Rock Safety
Commission, expiring January 2, 1983.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
