A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO GRANT AN EASEMENT TO
THE YWCA
WHEREAS, the YWCA, a nonprofit corporation , has constructed
a new facility; and
WHEREAS , such facility is located adjacent to land owned by
the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS , an easement on City property is needed for the
purpose of the location of parking and driveway facilities ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to grant and convey to the Young Women' s Christian
Association (YWCA) an easement described as follows :
The north 15 feet of the east 259 . 4 feet
of Tract F, University Park Educational
Recreational and Remedial Facilities Plat
to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
