A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION
FOR TWELVE MONTHS OF THE OPTION CONTRACT
GRANTED TO EASTVIEW DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
INC. , FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13TH
AND HANGER STREETS : AND FOR OTHER PURPOSL'S
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, acting for and on behalf of the City of
Little Rock, is hereby authorized to enter into an extension for a twelve
month period through January 18, 1981, of the option contract previously
granted on January 16, 1979, to Eastview Development Company, Inc. , for
the sale of property located at 13th and Hanger Streets in the City of
Little Rock, more particularly described in Resolution No. 5946 of the
Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption..

EXTENSION AGREEMENT
This Agreement , by and between the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas , a municipal corporation, here-
inafter referred to as "Grantor" , and Eastview Develop-
ment Company , Inc . , an Arkansas corporation , hereinafter
referred to as "Grantee" ;
WITNES SETH:
WHEREAS , pursuant to City of Little Rock
Resolution No . 5 , 946 adopted May 16 , 1978 , Grantor
and Grantee executed that certain Real Estate Option
Contract dated January 16 , 1979 ; and
WHEREAS , the option granted in said Contract
expires on January 15 , 1980 ; and
WHEREAS , Grantee desires additional time to
exercise said option and Grantor has adopted City
of Little Rock Resolution No . 6, 270 adopted January
17 , 1980 , which extends said option for an additional
12 months pursuant to the terms , covenants and condi-
tions contained in that certain Real Estate Option
Contract described above ;
IT IS THEREFORE MUTUALLY AGREED by and between
Grantor and Grantee to extend that certain Real
Estate Option Contract dated January 16 , 1979 , for
an additional 12 months beyond said expiration date
on the same terms , covenants and conditions contained
therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set
their hands and seals this 22ND day of FEBRUARY ,
1980 .
