A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE ARKANSAS EMPLOYMENT SECURITY
DIVISION FOR TRAINING FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE SKILLS
TRAINING IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
SEGL'LON 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
contract with the Arkansas Employment Security Division for training for
fifty (50) participants in the Skills Training Improvement Program.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
