A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT IN THE CASE OF WALDO JONES
D/B/A ACTION AD V. CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 : That the City Attorney is authorized to
enter into a settlement agreement on behalf of the City
in the case of Waldo Jones d/b/a Action Ad v. City of
Little Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 2 : This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
ADOPTED: October 16, 1979
