RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
ASH STREET IN BLOCK 19, PULASKI HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 24th day of August
7979 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon that portion of North Ash
that fronts upon Lots 1 & 2, Block 19, and Lots 11 & 12, Block 18, Pulaski Heights
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , as designated on the plat of said
Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 75 , Page 213 , in the office of
the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas , subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said street.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7 : 30 o 'clock
P.M. , on the 6th day of November , 1 9 7 9
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for
two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas ,
and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
