RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE COBB STREET BETWEEN 28th AND 29th STREET IN BLOCK
112/JOHN BARROW ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 13th day of August
19 79 ,asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of Cobb Street
between 28th and 29th in Block 112 of John Barrow Addition to the -- -
City of Little Rock, Arkansas , as designated on the plat of said Addition now
appearing of record in Deed Plat #1 ,Page 55 , in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I . The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meet-
ing of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7 : 30 o'clock
P.M. , on the 6th day of November 19 79
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week.for
two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas ,
and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
