A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING BOND COUNSEL FOR THE BONDS
TO BE ISSUED BY THE CITY FOR THE SLACKWATER HARBOR
AND INDUSTRIAL PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following law firms are hereby designated as
bond counsel for the bonds which, if approved, by the voters, will
be issued by the city for the Slackwater Harbor and Industrial Project:
Friday, Eldredge and Clark; Rose, Nash, Williamson, Carroll, Clay and
Giroir; Spitzberg, Mitchell and Hays; Williams, Selig and Sayre; and
Wright, Lindsey and Jennings.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
