A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM ON THE
ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS WITHIN THE EXTENDED
BOUNDARIES OF THE CAPITOL ZONING DISTRICT FORA
PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) DAYS OR UNTIL THE CAPITOL
ZONING DISTRICT (AMMISS ION ADOPTS A RESOLUTION
EXPANDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CAPITOL ZONING
DISTRICT, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST; AND FOR OMER
PURPC6ES .
RE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. A Moratorium is hereby established on the issuance of
building permits within the extended boundaries of the Capitol Zoning
District for a period of thirty (30) days or until the Capitol Zoning
District Commission adopts a resolution expanding the boundaries of the
Capitol Zoning District, whichever canes first.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect fran
and after its adoption.
