A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN EXTENSION OF THE CITY' S
COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE CON-
TRACT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , Central Arkansas Communications Service, Inc.
has agreed to extend its contract with the City for commu-
nications equipment maintenance for one year at the same
prices charged in 1978 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City Manager is hereby authorized
to enter into an extension of the City' s communications equip-
ment maintenance contract for a period of one year.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
