RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE
LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION FOR TEAM FOUR, INC.
TO UNDERTAKE AN APNEA PLAN OF THE 1-430 CORRIDOR
AND AUTHORIZING FUNDS FOR SUCH (NOT TO EXCEED
$5,000.00) ; AND FOR. OR PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, there is a need to undertake an area plan of the 1-430
Corridor; and
GHEREAS, the Little Rock Plaauiing Commission has recommended that
Team Four, Inc. prepare an area plan of the I-430 Corridor at the
earliest possible time.
NOW, THEREFORE, fiK IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the recommendation of the Little Rock Planning
Commission for Team Four, Inc. to prepare an area plan of the 1-430
Corridor is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract for such a plan.
SECTION 3. That funds for such will be appropriated not to exceed
$5,000.00.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
