A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESOLUTION OF THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING
COMMISSION ENDORSING PROPOSED EXPANSION OF THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
WATER WORKS SYSTEM AND ESTABLISHING CONDITIONS RELATING THERETO.
WHEREAS, the expansion of the Little Rock Municipal Water Works is
necessary for the future of growth of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission endorses the expansion of
such services by Resolution of June 26, 1979.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Resolution of June 26, 1979, of the Little
Rock Planning Commission is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
