A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF THE
BALANCE OF FUNDS REMAINING IN THE MUNICIPAL
COURT FACILITY ACCOUNT AND THE CITY BUILDING
AND FACILITTES ACCOUNT TO BE USED FOR REPAIRS
AND RENOVATION OF THE COM UNNITY SERVICES BUILDING;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
LEEREAS, the City received certain funds for the construction of
municipal court facilities; and
TdiEREA.S, these funds have been used along with funds from the City's
General Fund to accomplish these improvements; and
411EREAS, the improvements to the municipal court facilities have
been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That approximately $28,237.00 remaining in the Tmicipal
Court Facility Account is hereby approved for expenditure for renovation
of the Community Services Building.
SECTION 2. That approximately $7,832.00 remaining in the City
Buildings and Facilities Account is hereby approved for expenditure for
renovation of the Caimnmity Services Building.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
