A RESOLUTION REGARDING ADVERSE INTEREST OF
BOARD AND COMMISSION MEMBERS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Directors shall
review the appointment of any Board or Commission
member to determine whether there is "cause" for
removal when, in addition to other grounds, such
member subsequently sues the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption.
