RESOLUTION NO. 6,115
A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A PUBLIC HEARING
BETWEEN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE
PLANNING COMMISSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DISCUSSING LAND USE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a Public Hearing is to be held
April 12 , 1979 at 7 : 30 p.m. in the Board of Directors
Board Room.
SECTION 2 . The Hearing is to be held jointly between
the Board of Directors and the Planning Commission for the
purpose of discussing the land use of the Highway 10
Corridor west of Interstate 430 to the end of the Little
Rock Planning District.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
