A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO USE
APPROPRIATED TRAINING FUNDS FROM THE PERSONNEL
DEPARTMENT BUDGET TO MATCH AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL
PERSONNEL ACT GRANT; TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH FARR & JOHNSON ASSOCIATES FOR TRAINING
SERVICES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is authorized to use
appropriated training funds from the Personnel Department Budget
to match an Inter-governmental Personnel Act grant from the
State Department of Local Services .
SECTION 2 . That the City Manager is authorized to enter into
a contract with Farr & Johnson Associates for training services to
fulfill the grant agreement.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
